Fakenham patrols and stop searches

On Saturday night (into early Sunday morning), officers in Fakenham spent some of their shift patrolling around the town, looking out for any strange or anti-social behaviour.

During the patrols, they conducted four positive stop searches for drugs, with one of the searches resulting in a man in his 20s being arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug.

He was taken to custody for interview and later released on bail while enquiries continue.
